Lime Radiology was established in 2010, and is an independent provider of radiology and nuclear medicine services to the Moreton Bay community. Offering a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging and interventional services, and equipped with the latest in imaging technology, we pride ourselves on our experienced team of professionals, who are dedicated to providing exceptional technical expertise and also delivering a positive patient experience in a personalised environment.

Our comprehensive practice offers a wide range of medical imaging services including Digital Radiography; Low Dose CT; 3D/4D Ultrasound; Mammography/Breast Imaging; Interventional procedures; BMD; Nuclear Medicine and Dental Imaging services. Lime Radiology is part of Peloton Radiology, who also own CitiScan and Diagnostic Imaging for Women in Brisbane, and X-Ray & Imaging on the Sunshine Coast.

About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Casual Medical Receptionist to join the team, working two days per week with flexibility to work additional days to cover sick leave and annual leave if required. As the reception team are the first point of contact for our valued patients, we place the utmost importance on ensuring our frontline staff embody our professionalism, patient-centred work ethic and friendly culture.

Reporting to the Lime Radiology Clerical in Charge, your core duties will include:
 

• Providing excellent service to our patients and other stakeholders
• Answering phone calls and proactively maintaining the appointment calendars for our practice
• Ensuring that patients are offered a seamless service with correct prep, quotes and appointment times.
• Billing patients, processing invoices to Medicare and OSHC, using of EFTPOS machine.
• Assisting with back-office activities such as stationery orders.
   

About You

You pride yourself on providing excellent customer service and are seeking a role in a patient-focused clinical environment. You love being part of a team and understand that everyone has to work together to ensure that our patients receive the high-level of customer service and patient care that they deserve. Every day is different in radiology, and so if you enjoy learning new things, this is the role for you! The successful candidate will:
 

• Have a proven history of excellent patient/customer rapport
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
• Be a motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Be able to balance competing priorities and tasks whilst maintaining timely service
• Medical imaging reception experience preferable but not essential - if you are an Admin superstar OR have completed Medical Administration or Terminology courses, we want to hear from you!
