The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Doctor to join our team as a Workers Compensation Specialist. This unique role offers a blend of remote and in-practice work, providing flexibility and a diverse working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients involved in workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents
- Evaluate and manage both physical and psychological effects of injuries
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, psychologists, and occupational therapists
- Prepare detailed medical reports for insurance and legal purposes
- Participate in ongoing professional development related to occupational medicine and injury management
- Engage in telehealth consultations for remote patient care

Qualifications and Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Full registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Strong interest in occupational medicine and injury management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort with technology for telehealth consultations
- Empathetic approach to patient care

 Experience
- No prior experience in workers' compensation required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the specialized field of occupational medicine
