Locum Senior Medical Officer - South Australia

A hospital in South Australia, is seeking an experienced ED Senior Medical Officer for a locum position. This role predominantly involves ED work with 24-hour on-call, but also includes consultations in the GP clinic on days when local doctors are working in the ED. The ED component will be a minimum of 4 days in a 7-day period.

Position Details

• Location: South Australia
• Dates: 17th - 24th February 2025
• Hours: Predominantly ED, 24 hours on-call. Clinic days as required.
• Remuneration:
  • Up to $2,600 Per Day - ED (24 Hours On-Call)
  • $1,900 Per Day - Clinic Days
• Benefits: Flights, car, and accommodation provided

Essential Criteria

• Fellowship of the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) or ACRRM (Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine)
• Up-to-date Emergency certificates
