The Opportunity:

Our client, a medical facility located in a township brimming with fascinating mining heritage and natural wonders, seeks a highly motivated GP Locum with emergency medicine experience.

This unique role provides:

• Diverse Clinical Experience: Utilize your skills in both ward and ED settings, ensuring comprehensive patient care across the medical spectrum.
• Rewarding Rural Practice: Gain valuable experience in a dynamic rural medical environment, making a significant contribution to the community.
• Unforgettable Exploration: Immerse yourself in the town's rich history, delve into ancient Aboriginal rock art sites, or marvel at the engineering feats of the open-cut mines.

Dates: The locum position offers multiple flexible blocks throughout May and July 2024, allowing you to tailor your commitment:

• Block 1: May 14th - 24th
• Block 2: June 14th - 24th
• Block 3: June 24th - July 1st
• Block 4: July 1st - 8th
• Block 5: July 15th - 22nd
• Block 6: July 22nd - 29th
• Block 7: July 29th - August 5th

Remuneration:

• Competitive daily rate of $2,500 for days worked
• Comfortable flights, car, and accommodation provided

What We Need:

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM)
• Up-to-date Emergency Medicine Certificate
• Prior emergency medicine experience
