Join Our Team in Palm Island, Queensland

We are seeking a skilled GP Senior Medical Officer to join our team in a remote Aboriginal community approx 65 kilometres northeast of Townsville.  Experience the unique culture and natural beauty of this remote location while providing essential healthcare services.

Position Details

  • Location: Queensland
  • Dates: 1st January - 30th June 2025
  • Hours: 10-hour shifts (includes weekdays and weekends)
  • On-call: First On-call with 1:2 or 1:3 roster
  • Remuneration: Rate negotiable for preferred candidate
  • Benefits: Travel, accommodation, and car provided

Essential Criteria

  • Fellowship of the RACGP or ACRRM
  • Current Emergency experience
