Locum GP/ED OBS

We are seeking a highly motivated Locum DMO (District Medical Officer) with a focus on non-procedural care (GP/ED) to join our team in a regional hospital in Western Australia.

The Hospital:

This district hospital is a vital center for the community, offering 32 in-patient beds and providing essential clinical services including outpatient clinics and telephone support for nearby communities.

Dates:

• Block 1: July 22nd - August 9th, 2024
• Block 2: August 12th - August 26th, 2024
• Block 3: September 13th - October 7th, 2024 (flexible start/end dates)
• Block 4: September 20th - October 7th, 2024 (flexible start/end dates)

Remuneration:

• Competitive daily rate of $2,600
• Flights, comfortable accommodation, and vehicle provided

What We Need:

• Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP)
• Demonstrated experience in emergency medicine
• Diploma of Obstetric and Gynaecological Sonography (DipObs) or equivalent qualification

This locum opportunity is based in a charming town, offering the perfect base for exploring the eastern end of the legendary Gibb River Road.
