Make a Difference in a Remote Community

We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to provide essential clinical and public health services to the residents of the Tiwi Islands. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of an Indigenous community.

Position Details

• Location: Tiwi Islands, Northern Territory
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Dates: 19 August 2024 - Ongoing
• Remuneration: $2,000 per day
• Benefits: Travel, accommodation, and car provided

Essential Criteria

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM)  
• Valid registration as a Visiting Medical Officer (VR GP)
• Demonstrated experience in remote and Indigenous healthcare
