Locum General Practioner

Our client, a medical facility in a charming coastal town on the western side of South Australia's Eyre Peninsula, seeks a highly motivated Locum ED/GP Doctor.

The Opportunity:

This unique position offers a schedule that allows you to provide both emergency department (ED) care and general consultations. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, with morning (10am-1pm) and afternoon (2pm-5pm) sessions. Be prepared to be on-call 24/7 unless otherwise notified. Hospital rounds typically occur before clinic consultations each day.

Dates:

• Block 1: August 12th - 19th, 2024
• Block 2: August 19th - 26th, 2024
• Block 3: September 16th - 23rd, 2024
• Block 4: September 23rd - 30th, 2024
• Block 5: October 21st - 28th, 2024
• Block 6: October 28th - November 4th, 2024
• Block 7: November 25th - December 2nd, 2024
• Block 8: December 2nd - 9th, 2024 (flexible start/end dates possible)

Remuneration:

• Competitive daily rate of $2,300
• Comfortable accommodation, flights, and car provided

What We Need:

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM)
• Demonstrated experience in emergency medicine
• Up-to-date emergency medicine qualifications
