Locum Forensic Psychiatrist - Tasmania

Our client seeks a passionate Consultant Psychiatrist with expertise in Forensic Mental Health to join their team in Southern Tasmania for a locum position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for patients within the Forensic Mental Health Services.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• On-call duties required.

Dates: July 8th - September 6th, 2024

Remuneration:

• Competitive Daily Rate: $2,400 per day worked
• Flights, car, and accommodation provided

Essential Criteria:

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Current Medical Indemnity Insurance covering public and private patients
• Experience in Forensic Psychiatry (highly desirable)
