Our Client:

A healthcare facility in the Snowy Mountains region of New South Wales urgently requires a highly skilled and motivated Locum ED CMO (Emergency Department – Clinical Management Officer) to join their team for night shifts.

The Role:

In this time-sensitive locum position (May 12th - 17th, 2024), you will be responsible for the overall clinical oversight of the Emergency Department during night shifts (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM). You will provide leadership and guidance to the medical team, ensuring optimal patient care and efficient department operations.

What We Need:

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Fellowship of the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) or ACRRM (Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine)
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior emergency medicine experience and qualifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions.
