Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Lead Psychologist at our Doncaster clinic. The Lead Psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological assessment, counselling, and mental health services to clients of all ages. In addition, the role involves providing mentoring and support to our team of Psychologists in regards to clinical concerns and organisational matters. You will be responsible for engaging in one on one meetings with your assigned direct reports and working within the team of Lead Psychologists across sites. You will report to the Senior Clinical Psychologist and be involved in aspects of Business Development.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years counselling experience
• Expertise in Psychological Assessment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• AHPRA registration
• Board approved supervisor desirable, but not mandatory
