Job Summary:

As a General Practitioner at Nume, you will play a pivotal role in our company's expansion by delivering exceptional patient care remotely. Your responsibilities will include conducting telehealth consultations, collaborating with our healthcare team, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience from initial consultation through ongoing care. We are particularly interested in candidates with a focus on chronic conditions and genetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth consultations, engaging with patients through virtual meetings and follow-ups.
• Communicate effectively about our treatment programs, tailoring your approach to address the unique needs and concerns of each patient.
• Build strong relationships with patients, demonstrating exceptional listening skills to identify and address their needs.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to provide integrated care, ensuring a seamless patient journey.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, treatment offerings, and company updates, leveraging this knowledge to enhance patient care.
• Provide constructive feedback to the healthcare and patient relations teams, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the ongoing development of patient care strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Full AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner.
• Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or Vocationally Registered (VR) preferred. Non-VR GPs with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience in a healthcare setting, ideally with a focus on telehealth consultations and chronic conditions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of patients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
