About the Role

As a newly minted Associate Dentist at Local Dental, you'll delve into a plethora of clinical services, embodying our standards of supreme patient care and service. Hungry for knowledge, you will be placed under structured in-house mentorship, ensuring a seamless transition into the world of professional dentistry. With no financial targets and unrestricted clinical freedom, we trust you to perform any procedure, provided it delivers a quality outcome.

Skills & Experience

You have

• A recent qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
• Current professional indemnity insurance.
• Unconditional AHPRA registration.

You are

• An enthusiastic learner, eager to cement your position in the world of dentistry.
• Highly professional, mirroring a polished image and an impeccable personal presentation.

Your Duties

Tasks which are not limited to :

• Using various methods like radiographs, salivary tests, and medical histories to diagnose dental diseases
• Offering preventive dental care such as periodontal treatments, fluoride applications, and promoting oral health
• Providing restorative dental care including implants, complex crown and bridge restorations to repair damaged or decayed teeth
• Restoring oral function with removable and fixed oral prosthesis.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene

Remuneration

Year 1. Full time position at $135000 total remuneration inclusive of super

Year 2. Remuneration inclusive of super up to $160,000 as an Employee plus fully sponsored RipeGlobal Fellowship in Restorative Dentistry along with their premium membership valued at $25000

Year 3 onwards You will be entitled for the commission based income
