Central Coast Primary Care (CCPC) is recruiting casual General Practitioners to work at the Bridges After Hours GP Clinic located in Kanwal.

Bridges After Hours GP Clinic in Kanwal, is a CCPC health program, which provides after hours GP care to the public. Our service is a walk-in service with no appointment necessary.

You will be required to undertake a range of tasks including but not limited to the following:

• provide medical advice and assistance to patients (including via telephone where necessary) or, where unable to provide adequate or appropriate assistance, arrange for their transfer to another service provider;
• undertake home visits where required after the rostered shift;
• fulfill clinical responsibilities in accordance with accepted medical practice, and in a manner which is respectful of the relationship between the patient and their regular GP;
• comply with all relevant legislation, including but not limited to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998 (NSW), the Child Protection Act (Working With Children) Act 2012 (NSW) and the Medical Practice Regulation 1998 (NSW).
• complete medical and service records for all patients in a timely manner (i.e. on the day of the shift);
• report the details of any episode or incident that could impact adversely on your reputation or the reputation of CCPC or a related entity;

You will be required to work during the following span of hours:

• 7:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday
• 3:00pm - 10:30pm, Saturday
• 1:00pm - 6.00pm, Sunday and Public Holiday
