Full-time Dentist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Dentist to join our team in ideally a full-time role. However, we may consider part-time for the right person.

Who Are We?

We are a group of 6 busy practices located in and around Brisbane, with the furthest being a pleasant 40-minute drive from the Western Suburbs.

Our clinics are very well equipped with all the best toys to make delivering quality dentistry as interesting and simple as possible, while allowing us to provide our patients with the very best of care.

We basically have it all; including CEREC Primescans, Omnicams, Medit scanners, inhouse CBCT and OPG, Intraoral cameras, DSLRs, Nitrous, rotary-endo, patient TVs with Netflix etc. And we are now lucky enough to have our own inhouse lab.

Our team of 22 dentists and 3 visiting specialists/special interest dentists collectively perform most aspects of modern dentistry. We routinely perform and can help mentor in everything ranging from crown and bridge, wisdom teeth extractions, endodontics, implant placement and restoration, ‘All on X’ restorations, CADCAM dentistry/CEREC, full mouth rehab, aesthetic dentistry and aligners and traditional orthodontics.

What We Offer

As a group of self-confessed ‘dental nerd’ owners, we put specific emphasis on, and have a lot of experience in, supporting dentists to obtain great clinical outcomes. This includes having well trained support staff, good internal systems, an excellent support network of senior clinicians, and an understanding and helpful management team.

We have also developed a loosely structured CPD program to help with those crazy first couple of years. Most of our current team started with us as graduates and have been through previous versions of our graduate program.

We pride ourselves on working as a team, which includes regular in-house meetings and seminars. We offer and enjoy substantial mentoring and often have guest speakers or custom CPD organised for our clinicians. I strongly believe having the right mentoring can significantly affect the trajectory of a clinician’s development, and ultimately a clinician’s career.
