About the role: Our client is looking for a FIFO Podiatrist to provide specialized foot care to residents in an aged care facility. This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in challenging environments.  Key Responsibilities: As a Podiatrist you will assess, diagnose, and treat foot conditions among elderly residents, ensuring their mobility, comfort, and overall well-being.

• Manage and document patient care effectively.
• Provide education and prevention strategies to residents and care staff
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs and conditions of each resident.
• Diagnose and treat various foot conditions, including diabetic foot ulcers, nail care, and orthotic management
• Conduct comprehensive foot assessments for residents including inspection of skin, nails, and musculoskeletal structure.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Podiatry 
• Current full registration with AHPRA
• Valid police check
• Drivers license and vehicle
