FT/PT Occupational Therapist - Clinic/Community/Flex hours - Launceston, TAS

Permanent Full Time or Part Time – Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care, advice and education in line with clinical guidelines and evidence relevant to the participant’s conditions and clinical needs.
• Continually evaluate participant management for effectiveness, efficiency and quality and modify plans appropriately.
• Work effectively and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to establish common goals and to develop and offer best care, ensuring that participant care is integrated and effective.
• Communicate effectively with participants and families to ensure their understanding, and that their needs and views are included in treatment, care plans and actions.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of NDIS and participant/family centred practices is desirable
• Current driver’s licence
• National Police Check 
• Current or ability to apply for Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
