The Role:

We are seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team and deliver exceptional care across our Melbourne studios. The role is flexible, with the option to work Part Time or Full Time at our Ascot Vale studio and other business locations, including Williamstown and Brunswick.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Degree qualified in Exercise Physiology.

• Current accreditation with ESSA (Exercise & Sports Science Australia).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Customer service experience and a client-focused mindset.

• Ability to further-generate a caseload and develop business relationships.

What We Offer:

• Full Time Salary Range: $70,000 – $78,000 per year (depending on expertise and qualifications).

• Bonus and Commissions: Additional performance-based incentives apply.

• For Part Time roles, salaries will be adjusted proportionally.
