Enrolled Nurse

We are currently searching for Enrolled Nurses to join our team working in the community and providing care to our clients in their home, in and around the inner eastern suburbs.

Work close to home across the suburbs of Armadale, Malvern, Toorak, Caulfield, Carnegie, Ormond, Elwood, St Kilda, Prahran, South Yarra, Albert Park, Middle Park, Port Melbourne and surrounds.

Bolton Clarke Enrolled Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home Care clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

• Providing nursing care with the support from an Experienced Registered Nurse
• Collaborating with community supports, referrers, GPs, families and allied health
• Contributing to the assessment, prevention and early detection of any health conditions
• Contributing to the formulation of care plans, reviews and case conferencing

To be successful, you will have:

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
• Evidence of two COVID-19 vaccinations
• Driver's licence and own vehicle
