About you

• You’re a dentist with at least 3 years’ experience that prioritises patient care
• It’s ok if you’re not completely amazing as long as you know how to do the basics well.  If you’re motivated and keen to learn we can coach you and help you improve your clinical scope and communication skills for better case acceptance
• You may be looking to extend your scope in orthodontics and cosmetic surgery in a supportive team environment. It's ok if you are not into cosmetics and only want to do general dentistry to the best standards. With our fee structure and workflows you can still enjoy financial freedom whilst doing general dentistry well. 
• We have an orthodontic backlog so if you are interested in orthodontics this would be a fantastic fit for you.
• You’re looking for a stable role and would like to work with a loyal and growing patient base.

If you work with us you’ll be working and learning from an experienced team.  We are the leading provider of Clear Aligners in Gippsland. We do implants, All on 4 treatment, traditional ortho, botox and fillers and full smile makeovers. 

We recognise that in order to deliver on this we need to be investing in, and growing the right people on our team and providing a cohesive team environment where everyone feels respected and feels valued. That’s why we have dedicated and protected team training sessions throughout the year where we continuously upskill our people.
