The practice is joining us and has been serving the local community for over 15 years and has built a loyal patient base over that time. Located in an idyllic

seaside suburb in Shellharbour, its five minutes’ drive from local beaches and housed within an area of notable population growth in the last 10 years!

• Should have full AHPRA dental registration with own dental indemnity insurance and working with children’s check

• Willingness to apply for or have your own ABN / company structure / sole trader structure

What’s on offer?

• Joining an exceptional group of clinicians with expertise in all aspects of dentistry - general comprehensive care including but not limited to preventative care, working on local community dental advocacy projects, restorative dentistry (crown, bridgework, case oriented/dependent full mouth rehabilitation and smile makeover), cosmetic dentistry (orthodontics, prosthodontics), surgical and implant dentistry and endodontic management.
• Full time or part-time position (as a three chair practice – we have flexible offerings in terms of days and times)
• An existing busy practice that is joining us under our management
• 40% commission
• Liveable and commutable location – we have several dentists who reside locally and others who commute, and if commuting from Sydney - Shellharbour is a pleasant 1hr drive against traffic (+ longer depending on where in Sydney you're coming from)
• Mentoring is available, but you should able to work independently and able to rebook & refer in house as needed
• Excellent network of dentists in our team and local specialists in the area should you require further assistance
