Community-Based Speech Pathologist - Visa Sponsorship for Onshore Applicants!!

Salary: $89K to $120K per annum plus super

They are looking for a speech pathologist to join our growing team, the successful applicant will require experience working with children between the aged of 0 to 14 years of age.
As a Speechie you will be responsible for:
- Assist with standardised speech pathology assessments.
- Complete reports concisely, documenting client strengths and challenges within initial assessments, NDIS review reports.
- Develop skills to create tailored therapy plans underpinned by strong clinical reasoning to meet client goals and provide home practice activities to strengthen progress made in therapy. Client profiles include Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder, Attachment and Trauma etc.
- Liaise with parents, carers, educators and health professionals involved in the care of each client
- Complete up to date client case notes using an online system.
- Show exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with our clients, team and health professional alliances.
Essential Criteria:
- A recognized degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience in providing speech pathology services to children with speech and language disorders (nice to have but not essential).
- Ability to accurately assess, plan and monitor intervention in the area of communication disorders.
- Experience with NDIS Participants
- Sponsorship/Permanent Residency Available for ONSHORE applicants!
