The Position

We are seeking an experienced senior allied health practitioner or psychologist to join our passionate team in Launceston, assisting our principal psychologist with clinical supervision & management of psychologists, therapists and behaviour specialists, and taking on a case load. The position is permanent with flexible hours to suit either full or part time arrangements. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• supervising psychologists, therapists and behaviour specialists to achieve strong case outcomes
• assisting our principal practitioner with the management and development of clinical services 
• working collaboratively with the management team to support continuous improvement, employee reviews and promotion of services
• assessing and improving clinical performance of practitioners
• ensuring practitioner compliance with NDIS standards and our policies and procedures
• assisting with client allocations and effective clinical case management
• providing clinical guidance, staff training and professional development
• undertaking a case load to keep your skills honed by providing a quality service to our participants 
• consulting with participants and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, strong participant outcomes and positive business relationships

To be successful you must have:

• minimum 5 years’ experience as a registered psychologist or clinical supervisor
• experience in clinical leadership and supervising practitioners
• registration with APHRA / AASW
• experience delivering behaviour support services
• demonstrated experience working with senior management, staff and stakeholders
• knowledge of NDIS practice standards
• working with vulnerable people check

Ideally you would also be a Board approved supervisor and have completed relevant post graduate studies.
