Associate Dentist

We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team at Dental Balance NQ in Townsville, Queensland. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dental care to our valued patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a contract position with the potential for extension.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a comprehensive range of general dental treatments, including examinations, preventative care, restorations, and minor oral surgery
• Building positive relationships with patients and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dental experiences
• Collaborating with the wider dental team to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
• Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records
• Adhering to all relevant professional, ethical, and safety standards

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in Dentistry and current registration with the Dental Board of Australia
• Minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience as a general dentist
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical, patient-centred care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients
• Proficient in the use of dental equipment and technology
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
