Speech Pathologist
About Us:
First Step Support Services was founded in 2023 with one simple mission; to make the world an easier place to navigate for Neurodivergent children.
Owner Shay, faced this head on during her schooling years, before later finding out she was Neurodivergent.
We don't just preach lived experience - we live & breathe it everyday, and its evidenced in our practise.
Now, almost 2 years later, we service a multitude of areas in regional Victoria, with a focus on Neurodivergent participants. Almost 80% of our client base are children!
Whilst we are passionate about providing equitable and safe support to those we care for; we are equally as passionate about safe, supportive, and equitable workplaces. We highly encourage those with lived experience to apply.
Our goal is to support YOU - and what YOU want your career to look like. Do you want to specialise? Move into a management role? All achievable here.
