Title: Occupational Therapist -Mental health - $65-80 p/hour

Well-Being OT was set up in 2021 with the aim of offering expertise and high level support to Adult Psychosocial NDIS participants. Well-Being OT is a specialist private practice who works with adults experiencing psychosocial challenges in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Well-Being OT praises its-self on its ability to offer creative solutions and holistic care. The overall aim is to create opportunity for participation and engagement in the individuals activities of daily living which in turn supports health and Well-Being.
The well-Being OT team comprises of experienced mental health OTs who share resources and offer peer support to one another.
Well-Being OT offers the OTs an opportunity to work with a varied client group. This currently includes working with severe and enduring mental heath issues, gender diverse clients, neuro-diverse clients and homeless clients.
Well-Being OT is looking for a suitably experienced and passionate OT to join the team.

Who we want to join the team:
• A confident, autonomous and experienced mental health OT (Minimum 3 years)
• Strong communicator who can build rapport with diverse client base and produce quality reports and funding applications
• Experience working with adults with psychosocial disabilities or willingness to work with this client group
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current Driver’s License and own vehicle
• Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, DWES Check or willingness to get one
• Current ABN
