  • Providing Health Assessment, diagnosis and treatment services to patients at the Practice, Home and Nursing home visits when required.
  • Ordering diagnostic tests as needed, checking and following-up of results in a timely manner
  • Provide appropriate Health promotions and preventative Health care advise to all patients attending the Practice
  • Provide management of long term conditions in line with National guidelines
  • Referring patients appropriately to other providers when necessary
  • Documenting all care provided and education/Information given to patients within their medical health record, as per professional and practice Standards/protocols.
  • Clearing in-boxes daily and delegating this task if absent
