Who we are

For over 20 years RealCare Health Clinic in South Melbourne (re-branding as Plexus Medical South Melbourne) has offered specialised General Practice and Allied Health services to the local community. Services include podiatry, psychology and dietitian services alongside their general medicine, and pathology. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established super friendly team of friendly, with a focus of delivering great patient service.

What your role includes

Working three days total per week : two days covering maternity leave for 6 months, and a third day replacing a nurse who has left for further specialisation. You will have the opportunity to continue at least one day permanent long term. You will be involved with Pathology collection, Immunisation & Travel Vaccination & COVID Vaccination, Cold chain management, Wound Management, assisting with Minor Procedures, Triage, managing Recall and Reminder Systems, Health Assessments & Chronic Disease Management, Ordering and Stock take of consumables and providing additional support to the administration and medical team as needed.

What you will need to succeed

You will need a holistic patient focused approach, the ability to adapt seamlessly into close team and hold current Nursing Board (AHPRA) Registration as an RN. Some experience taking blood will be an advantage.
