Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Physiotherapist at The Luminate Collective. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload - undertaking assessment, diagnosis and the evidence-based management of patients, using a range of tools and equipment.
• Provide care to a clinical caseload including patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, pre/post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, and the rehabilitation of clients with neurological or physical disabilities.
• Providing patient-centered care with a view to maximising functional capacity, achieving goals, optimising patient health, function and independence in the long-term.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to all relevant privacy and documentation standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Physiotherapy
• Registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) Registration
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Private practice and musculoskeletal experience desired
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills, with the ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
