Key Responsibilities:

• Help with wide range of speech disabilities for adults and children including: mispronounciation, vocabulary comprehension, stuttering, autism or asperger's affecting social skills, swallowing difficulties and many more.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication and swallowing abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions to clients of all ages
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Participate in ongoing professional development

• At least 1 year of experience is required

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology

• Unrestricted Speech Pathology Australia membership

• Networking and interpersonal skills to build rapport with our patients, referring doctors, Specialists, etc.

• A good listener who gains understanding of individual patient needs

• Good time management skills, organization, scheduling, communication, record management, and attention to detail (highly desired)
