About the Role

We are looking for a contractor Speech Pathologist to join our team, focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care. In this role, you will:

• Manage your own caseload of NDIS participants across the lifespan, working independently to provide assessment, intervention, and ongoing support to help clients reach their communication and swallowing goals.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based service.
• Enjoy the freedom to set your hours, whether that’s school-friendly times, afternoons, or a mix of remote and in-person sessions.
• Travel to clients’ homes or community settings as part of our mobile service, with reimbursement for travel time.
• The ability to work from home or remotely when not seeing clients.
• No KPI or minimum hours of commitment.

What You’ll Need

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• Minimum 1 year experience working as a Speech Pathologist (preferably with NDIS clients)
• Strong communication, planning, and time management skills
• Commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services
• An ABN or willingness to obtain one
• Driver’s license and a car (essential for travel)
• Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination
