Therapy Inclusive is a therapy service provider based in Perth, WA, offering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, and Psychology services to NDIS and privately funded clients. We work with all ages but specialise early intervention and developmental therapy. Our mission is to provide person-centred, evidence-based services to help people achieve their goals and enhance inclusion, participation, and independence.

We have a bright and friendly clinic space including a sensory gym and also offer community-based services.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Speech Pathologist at Therapy Inclusive. The Speech Pathologist will be responsible for assessment and intervention of language, communication and swallowing disorders, developing treatment plans, providing therapy sessions to clients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. This role is based in Success, WA, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Full SPA registration
• Experience or willingness to develop skills in assessment and intervention of speech and language delays
• Experience or willingness to develop skills in Dysphagia, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques
• A desire to work with children and adults accessing NDIS
• A friendly, hard-working attitude
