General Practitioner
The Lindisfarne Clinic, ideally situated on Hobart’s Eastern Shore has been delivering comprehensive medical health care services to the Lindisfarne area since its original commencement back in 1948. Now a purpose-built state of the art HIA award winning Commercial Building, the clinic features a modernistic design and houses surgical grade procedure rooms. The team of General Practitioners aim to provide their patients with the highest possible standard of healthcare. The PositionThe Lindisfarne Clinic is a private billing, group practice located in one of Hobart’s most popular riverside suburbs. The facility is purpose built and designed by a doctor for doctors.
The practice focuses on;

- Encourages the pursuit of the individual’s special medical interest
- Provides a high level of individual autonomy
Skills and Experience required:
- Current AHPRA registration or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Previous GP experience of at least one year, either in Australia or overseas
The Lindisfarne Clinic is seeking to employ an additional General Practitioner to join their progressive team. You will be supported by a full complement of nursing staff, a practice manager and administration/support staff.
Clinically the centre supports:
- Geriatric medicine
- Child and adolescent health
- Sports medicine
- Training and education
They are fully computerised and accredited through AGPAL.
