About the Role

As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in our team by providing a wide range of nursing services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Triage and prioritization of care
• Cold chain management
• Wound care
• ECG, Spirometry, and ABI procedures
• Vaccination administration
• Assisting with minor procedures and infusions
• Ensuring infection prevention and control
• Managing stock control

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general practice (preferred)
• Nurse Immunizer Certificate (preferred)
• Skills in chronic disease management (preferred)
• Aged care experience (desirable)
• Experience with Best Practice or similar software (desirable)
