About the Role
As our Practice Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the clinic's operations, managing our team, and driving growth. You'll also contribute directly to patient care by working some hours at Reception each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient practice management
- Lead and manage our team, including rosters, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution
- Drive new initiatives and coordinate education and training
- Liaise with our accountant for financial management and compliance
- Manage the accreditation process and ensure adherence to RACGP Standards

Requirements
- Proven experience in General Practice management
- Strong business development skills
- Expertise in financial management and Medicare Benefits Schedule
- Knowledge of 5th RACGP Standards and Accreditation requirements
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Desirable Qualifications
- CPM or Diploma of Practice Management
- Fellowship of AAPM
- Current CPR certificate
