Speech Pathologist – Tamworth
An exciting opportunity exists for a Speech Pathologist in a small familyowned practice in Tamworth. The position is open to experienced and new graduate clinicians who have a passion for working in regional NSW and want to extend their career by working with a diverse NDIS based caseload.

About the role
• The Speech Pathologist will manage a predominantly paediatric NDIS caseload within the community setting.
• Work in a small close-knit team
• The successful candidate will be provided with a laptop, mobile phone and administration support.
• Weekly team meetings and scope to build the caseload you want with opportunities to be a part of projects and extend skills in special interest areas
• Flexible and family orientated in both service provision and work-life balance. Sports or recreation commitments? Kids assemblies or pick up? Work the hours you want to work!
What’s on offer
• Above award salary, $76,000 - $110,000 + superannuation
• 5 weeks annual leave plus additional 3 days over Christmas period and a day off on your birthday
• Relocation assistance available for the successful candidate
• Yearly bonus’ when KPI’s are met • Personal development allowance of $2000 p.a. plus paid pd leave
• Regular supervision with models suited to individual needs
Selection Criteria
• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership and Medicare Provider number (or eligibility to obtain)
• Driver’s license, NSW WWCC and ability to obtain Police Clearance
• Knowledge and experience within the NDIS sector or willingness to learn
• Demonstrated ability working with children and families in home and school settings
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in managing clinical and administration duties in a time efficient manner
