The Role

If you are a fully registered Occupational Therapist, we currently have an opportunity available to offer employment in a range of flexible options, including full time, part time or independent contracting. We have developed a sustainable caseload model, with a focus on quality client care balanced perfectly with non-clinical time. Your billable hours will only comprise of 65% of your working week available for documentation, report writing, resource development and other activities. To further enhance your time and experience you will receive on site supervision, occupational therapy assistant support and full administrative support with our experienced Practice Manager. You get to focus on delivering exceptional services to facilitate outstanding results, instead of burning out on a heavy administrative workload. You will be encouraged to design a work schedule that suits your personal and family needs, with regular time off encouraged. Renumeration

For full time and part time employment, renumeration packages are negotiated relating to your experience and needs. We welcome conversations about what motivates you and what is important to include in your renumeration package. Contractor renumeration offers will be discussed at the interview. A sign on bonus is available for employees, to kick start your earning!

Our fabulous new clinic offers clients and staff a place to come, that is comfortable, welcoming and calm (but also fun – check, indoor swing!). Your desk looks out through the huge glass windows out into our beautiful garden, bringing the feel of the outdoors, inside. Gympie is located just north of the Sunshine Coast, offering a small town country feel with all the amenities you could want or need. But if sand between your toes is more your style, then only 60 minutes of country driving will see you arrive at one of the most highly voted “best beaches in Australia”, Rainbow Beach. Restaurants, surfing and shopping more your thing, 60 minutes south will see you in spending your free time off in Noosa.
