This role is here at EveryKid in Parramatta. We need a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing and stable team. We're unique as a holistic service including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists, Music Therapists & Dieticians.

The great thing about this from an Occupational Therapy perspective is you can branch out into other areas, perhaps creating a passion led program with another team member, doing joint sessions with physios, speechies, psychologists and sitting in on other sessions. It allows you a really holistic approach to what you do.

You will have the opportunity to think outside the box in the development of your role. We're not stuck or set in our ways by any means, there’s no set rules. We’re willing to invest in internal and external multidisciplinary and specific training, education and development to round out your skills, too. (We support and foster the desires of our staff to the point that we had a staff member who loved group therapy, so we created that as an offering and now she is the Head of Group Therapy.)

We are open to therapists of varying experience levels as long as you’re passionate and hungry to learn, you’re our kind of vibe. Where needed, we will invest in educating & training to upskill you.

The team is young and driven and get along great. The owners are 2 lovely women who are hands on in the business and they’re therapists themselves.

We just need someone who has a real passion for helping children and families, who wants to be part of a tight-knit team of excited people.

We're happy to accommodate your needs in terms of hours and days (ideally there are some after school hours), and the clinic is located in Parramatta.
