Down South Therapy - We deliver more!

At Down South Therapy, we're more than just a therapy service. We are WA’s largest mobile Allied Health Service provider, focused on delivering outstanding Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Psychology services from Perth to Margaret River. For over 12 years, we've been committed to individualised, best-practice care, reaching families in urban and remote areas alike. We provide a wealth of resources, including a personal resource bundle worth $250, ongoing internal and external professional development worth $4500, competitive salary packages, and much more. With flexible working arrangements and a supportive team environment, we ensure every staff member can thrive both professionally and personally.

 Job Description

As a Senior Occupational Therapist at Down South Therapy, your responsibilities will extend beyond managing an independent caseload to leading a team of Occupational Therapists, providing them with supervision and guidance. Depending on your expertise and areas of passion, you may also head one of DST's specialist teams.

In this role, you will work closely with individuals, families, and key stakeholders to develop personalised therapy plans, providing both 1:1 and group support across all age groups—children, teenagers, and adults. Your work will be part of a transdisciplinary team effort to craft holistic therapy plans for both school-based and home-based interventions.

Our environment supports your professional growth through ample preparation time, continuous professional development, and administrative support. You will enjoy the benefits of a flexible work schedule with location-based timetables that minimise daily travel, enhancing your work-life balance. Clinical supervision and regular participation in discipline-specific and transdisciplinary meetings and senior meetings across disciplines will ensure you remain supported and continue to develop professionally.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to advancing the field of Occupational Therapy within a supportive and collaborative setting.
