Physiotherapist/senior physiotherapist - private practice – well established clinic

Kalamunda, WA

Salary - $65000-$120000+ package based on experience

The Opportunity

Currently we have two fulltime physios with busy caseloads and need to expand our team to keep up with the high demand. This opportunity for our ideal candidate is to commence employment between now and August. You would be stepping into a busy clinic and not having to build a caseload from scratch which means you have the opportunity to transition a commission basis with large earning potential sooner which is rare when starting a new role.

The role

·        The hours required for this role are negotiable - anywhere from 15 hours to 38 hours a week for the right applicant (although our ideal applicant is wanting fulltime or close to fulltime employment and preference will be given to Saturday availability)

·        You will treat a mix of private/compensable musculoskeletal clients and we will assist you in building a niched caseload to suit a special area of interest

·        Appointment lengths will be customised to your needs (both initial and follow up consultations) and level of experience

·        We will consider applicants with any level of experience, although our preferred candidates will have 3+ years in private practice

·        Your level of experience will determine your salary package which will range from a base award salary to upwards of 50% commission

·        Annual salary package will range from $65000 to $120000 pro rata with option to transition to a commission model of pay and increase your earnings (based on experience and qualifications)

·        You will have access to PD, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring

·        Our clinical mentors have a combined 50 years experience in private practice

·        We have a highly skilled admin team including a dedicated Practice Manager to assist you at all levels of your role, especially with client retention

About the clinic

• Barnes Physiotherapy Clinic is a 40 year established clinic operating out of the Perth Hills in Kalamunda. We have grown through COVID and despite the challenges of the last couple of years we are busier than ever and needing to add to our clinical team. We are a strong business with a significant history in the community and an exceptionally large and diverse client base.

• Our vision is to build on the history of the clinic and increase our offerings to include dedicated exercise-based rehab and pelvic health services. We have an exciting plan for the next 6 – 12 months and are looking for someone who is motivated to grow with us.

• We are a tight knit team of 2 senior physios and 3 experienced admin staff. We have built a mutually beneficial relationship with our excellent local doctors to serve clients with complex needs. We value high levels of service and collaborative treatment.

• We have two motivated and dedicated clinic owners, a wonderful practice manager and supportive admin staff who will ensure your success and will be available for intensive induction, mentoring and coaching at every stage of your journey.

• We have formal and informal clinical mentoring and you will have access to senior physios at all times.

• We want the best for our people and the goal is to be able to offer high income and lifestyle balance, our goal is for our physios to earn 6 figures whilst working less than 30 hours per week.

Requirements

We are seeking physiotherapists who:

·        Have experience working in a busy private practice

·        Live in or willing to relocate to the wonderful Kalamunda/surrounding Hills area

·        Ideally have a special area of interest within private practice - we currently have physios with special expertise in manipulative therapy and strength and conditioning and would like to add pelvic health and clinical Pilates to this
