Registered Nurse - Home & Community

Are you a recently graduated Registered Nurse seeking flexible work?We are currently searching for part time or full time Registered Nurses to join our team working in the community and providing care to our clients in their home, in the Rockhampton area.

Bolton Clarke's Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home and Community clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

Our team are kind, curious and unbelievably passionate about the work they perform in the community, we are looking for nurses that share those same values.

These include:

• Working independently with support from experienced senior clinicians.
• Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home.
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships.
• Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes.

About you

• Previous demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.
• Availability to work various shifts across various days.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
• Evidence of two covid 19 vaccinations
• Own vehicle and Australian Drivers licence.
• Willing to obtain annual influenza vaccination.
