Position Overview: We seek a motivated and experienced Dietitian to join our team as a subcontractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dietetics and a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. You will be responsible for providing personalized dietary and nutritional support to our NDIS participants, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for NDIS participants.
• Develop individualized nutrition plans based on participants' needs, preferences, and medical conditions.
• Provide ongoing nutritional counseling and support to participants and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support workers to ensure integrated and holistic care.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition plans and make adjustments as necessary.
• Educate participants and their families on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status.
• Experience working within the NDIS framework is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Reliable transportation for travel to and from participants' locations.
