Physiotherapist

The Fit Lab Allied Health Clinic in Toowoomba are continuing to grow and evolve and are now looking for a senior Physiotherapist to join the team. With a vibrant and supportive team of Physiotherapists, Accredited Exercise Physiologists and a Dietitian the clinic boasts a modern and well-equipped clinic space. 

The Fit Lab are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist who is ready for a leadership opportunity. In collaboration with the Practice Manager, you will contribute to the clinic's management, fostering staff development, and formulating strategies for prospective expansion.  With a well established and dynamic client base, you will have the opportunity to further develop in your area of specialty, with a professional development allowance available. 

You will be responsible for providing high-quality assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation services to a diverse range of clients, from elite athletes to weekend warriors. With a strong focus on supporting the community, our client base includes Medicare referrals (no gap fee charged), DVA patients, sporting injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation and NDIS clients. 

There is a Practice Manager and Admin team in place, to support all practitioners, allowing you to focus on developing the team and your own skills and knowledge. The clinic operates Monday to Friday with flexibility available around hours and no shift work required. We are ideally looking for a full time Physio, however for the right person, will consider part time hours. 

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years clinical experience 
• Evidence-based clinician with a collaborative approach with clients 
• Experience mentoring students and/or peers 
• Current registration with the Australian Physiotherapy Association 
• Blue card and potentially Yellow card 

The Allied Health Clinic is part of the broader Fit Lab business, which includes one of Toowoomba's largest gyms, along with the High Performance Unit, which is focused on developing local athletes. The gym is available for our Allied Health team when working with clients, providing further rehab options. The clinic also has a reformer Pilates machine and the Normatec recovery system, to ensure we can provide patients with a holistic service allowing them reach their potential.
