We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team on a full-time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided.
As a Registered Nurse - Endoscopy, your responsibilities will include:
- Provides care in accordance with documented care or treatment plans while prioritising workload based on patient needs, acuity and optimal time for intervention
- Ensures that all documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner
- Maintains good customer relations in a way that acknowledges dignity, culture, values, beliefs and the rights of individuals and groups
- Adopts a consultative approach within a multi-disciplinary work environment whilst ensuring the patient’s duty of care is fulfilled
- Ensures all mandatory education and competencies are completed in a timely manner
- Demonstrates a willingness to work positively within a team to achieve team goals and the provision of excellence in care/service delivery
- Participates in and contributes to occupational health and safety activities to ensure a safe work environment for clients, community, staff and visitors

About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Sound knowledge within the Endoscopy discipline
- Commitment to self -directed learning and clinical orthopaedic skills development
- Confidence with Clinical Information Systems
- Great interpersonal, leadership, communication and information technology skills
- Proven ability to establish professional relationships with peers and clients using a customer-service focus
- Strong time management skills required to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking skills, initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team
