About the Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing quality clinical care to patients. You will develop and maintain patient care plans, liaise with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide co-ordinated patient management, provide assessment of patients and co-ordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments.
We have opportunities Full Time or Part Time experienced RN’s.
You will be expected to work across a 24/7 Rotating Roster.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum of 12 months Post Graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting (or part-time equivalent).
- Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
About Puckapunyal Health Centre
Puckapunyal Health Centre is located in the Puckapunyal Military Area and provides Defence personnel with general medical, physiotherapy, dental, and psychology services, and contains a 12-bed 24/7 low dependency ward. This Health Centre services up to 4000 Defence Force members. Standard operating hours are 0730hrs-1530hrs Monday-Friday.
