• The practice supports the GPs with  Health Assessments & Care Plans through their CDM Health Nurse.
• Consults are appointment based
• Full time or part time hours can be considered
• Attractive remuneration on offer with bonus and incentive schemes
• 15 Minutes away from Brisbane CBD
• Mixed billing or bulk billing, Dr can decide
• Fully computerised with a full patient base
• Full-time nursing support and accredited
• To start ASAP
• 70% of gross billings and a retainer of $150.00 per hour for the first three months
• Allied Health Services; Dietician, Physiotherapy, Psychologist, Diabetes Educator, Exercise Phyiologist, Chiropractor

Essential Criteria

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Vocational Registration (FRACGP | FACRRM | FRNZCGP)
• Full Australian Work Rights
• General Practice experience in Australia
• Passion and commitment to providing a high level of care to patients
