How to Create a Course/Event Listing?

To create a new listing on the Partner’s account on HealthcareLink, follow these steps:

Log in to the Partner’s account at:

https://www.healthcarelink.com.au/cpd/provider/

Go to the "Listings" menu and select "Create a Listing" from the options.

Choose the type of listing. (Course/Event/Program/Module)


  • Program (Multiple Modules): A set of modules and courses.
  • Module (Multiple Courses): A collection of short courses.
  • Course: Individual short-learning course.
  • Event: Online or face-to-face (e.g., conference, seminar, webinar, summit).
  • VET/Grad Course: Advanced practice courses.
  • Products and Services: Partner products and services provided as learning materials.

(Note: If a course is part of a module and program, create the program first, then the module, and finally the course.)

Fill out the required fields as listed.


  • Type: Select from Course, Forum, Online Learning, Program, Webinar, Workshop, Seminar, or Conference.
  • Delivery: Choose "Online" or "Face-to-face."
  • Title: Enter the title of the listing.
  • Specialty Classification: Choose from Medical Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health, Oral Health, or Management/Administration.
  • Location: Specify as Online or select a particular state.
  • Details: Include duration, start and end dates, price, and venue.

After all required details have been filled out, CLICK NEXT.

Select Matching Criteria and choose to either Post as Promoted or Post as Free.
