Mindright is a clinical psychology practice that specialises in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of psychological difficulties experienced by adults, couples, families, teenagers and children including depression and anxiety. Mindright also has an experienced couple therapist and social worker providing intervention for relationship difficulties.

Psychological therapy at Mindright is tailored to the individual needs of the client with the goal of providing significant improvements within 8-12 sessions. Longer term support is also provided to clients who present with complex and longstanding difficulties.

All clinicians at Mindright have a minimum of 6 years of University training and our clinical psychology team specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT is recognised internationally as the ‘gold standard' treatment in the management of psychological difficulties in adults, teenagers and children. The psychologists at Mindright also practice other types of effective therapy.
