Cessnock Medical Centre opened in March 2009.

We are a fully accredited general practice, who aim to provide quality care to all our patients.

Our doctors, nurses and management teams participate in regular ongoing professional development activities.

The practice is located at 204 Wollombi Rd, one of the main roads in Cessnock, directly opposite Aldi Supermarket and next door to Cessnock Day/Night Pharmacy.

Cessnock Medical Centre is located only minutes to Cessnock District Hospital, pathology and imaging facilities.

Practice Consultation Fees:
All Practice consultations are bulk billed, providing patients have a valid Medicare Card.

For all surgical procedures, private paying patients, overseas visitors or Workers Compensation patients, schedule fees are located at reception.

After hours and Home visits:
Patients can access after hours care by visiting Cessnock District Hospital.

For all Emergencies call 000.

After hours home visits may be arranged at the GP's discretion & only available to patients living within a 10km radius of the practice.

Non-urgent messages can be left on the practice answering machine & will be followed up on the next business day.
