Kensington Psychology and Well-Bein
We offer a range of services for people who want to make positive changes in their lives and enhance their well-being. We believe in client centered therapy, and that one size doesn't fit all. Therapy with us is tailor made, holistic, whole person care. It is a collaborative process tailored to your needs, helping you reach your goals. Together, we set your goals and plan your therapy programme to help you achieve measurable change.
In a non-judgemental, supportive, and safe environment you can feel comfortable to reflect on and explore your ideas, thoughts, difficulties, reactions, and challenges.
Our pragmatic and evidence-based approach ensures you have skills to apply beyond therapy. We help you work on your problems from various perspectives – emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioural. Sometimes practical strategies and tools may be given to practice between therapy sessions. This ensures you experience immediate short-term benefits from the counselling process while promoting more long-term change.
Our clinic is committed to excellence and uses current, evidence-based psychological treatments.
The person we are looking for should align with our values for excellence, genuine compassion, kindness, and client centeredness. A professional and experienced therapist with warmth and authenticity would be ideal.
Due to an abundance of referrals, we are looking for a therapist with interest and expertise in working with individuals and couples who struggle with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, interpersonal and general life challenges.
Flexible working options are available, including part-time with the opportunity to increase to full time if desired. Your role will be to:
